Vision, Mission, Purpose

June 21st, 2011

Our Vision

We are people of the community working together to feed the hungry in body, mind, and spirit whenever and wherever we can – we give not only food, but respect, dignity, and justice.  We touch the hearts of the broken; we provide for some of their physical needs and quench their thirst. We are here to find ways of showing JUSTICE and helping change the world. We want to see an end to homelessness!

Our Mission

To gather donated supplies like food, clothing, toiletries, blankets, tarps, socks and underwear. We distribute these goods at the local parks to the homeless and to families who are struggling to make ends meet. We appeal to the generosity of those individuals and companies who have a surplus and ask you to share it with those who are in need. Whenever we can, we learn and implement ways of ending homelessness.

Our Purpose

To acquire the supplies and get them into the hands of the needy through a network of people in Orange County, churches and charity groups. To affect change in our community and to bring to light the plight of so many men and women in Orange County who are homeless.
